The purpose of ppb-complaint.com is to provide an environment in which the people of the Portland metropolitan area and the various agencies and bureaus responsible for policing our communities can come together and work through any issues or concerns we may be facing.
We think that this online forum helps those who would otherwise never have an opportunity to be heard freely. This way, we hope to get comments and opinions from members of the community as well as law enforcement officers and other government agencies that have something to contribute. This forum gives everyone a chance to share experiences with others who may be undergoing similar situations.
